Modernizing data intelligence dashboards
HarrisLogic is an integrated technology and clinical services company founded on the belief that technology and data improve mental healthcare. They provide private and public institutions with a suite of behavioral health solutions for suicide prevention, crisis response, criminal justice and emergency departments.
They engaged Integrity’s St. Louis web development team to plan and create a dashboard that allows caseworkers the ability to review data, predict recidivism among populations and make real-time decisions about resource allocation.
Pain Points
The ability to aggregate and report patient history is critical to proactively treating acute mental health issues. HarrisLogic wanted to improve behavioral healthcare by modernizing and enhancing their proprietary predictive analytics platform.
Services Provided
Integrity helped update the reporting process and create a scalable solution to incorporate additional healthcare data in the future. In collaboration with other partners, Integrity assisted throughout the lifecycle of the project to:
- Put data into the cloud (AWS)
- Move from MySQL to SAP HANA, to leverage SAP BusinessObjects and SAP Predictive Analytics
- Migrate the existing components from JAVA to SAP HANA to provide real-time data analysis
- Fully implement SAP HANA and SAP BusinessObjects to manage 55 pieces of data around behavioral health services use and recidivism rate
- Use historical data to accurately predict results using SAP Predictive Analytics
- Create an interactive dashboard to display business intelligence and predictive data
